ROADFLEX RF800 and ROADFLEX RF850
ROADFLEX RF800 and ROADFLEX RF850 from H2BQ are aqueous solutions for use in soil stabilisation. In combination with an appropriate binder (depending on the soil composition - cement or mixed binder), ROADFLEX RF800 or ROADFLEX RF850 significantly improves the mechanical properties of the soil in almost all soil types.
In contrast to established products, which only offer high strength, our products are also flexible. This means that they increase the deformability (positively influence the modulus of elasticity, resulting in increased elongation at break) of the stabilised floor. This results in less deformation during the period of use, which leads to increased durability. (Floors are therefore less brittle and less susceptible to cracking).
Floors treated with ROADFLEX RF show significantly increased tensile, flexural and splitting tensile strength values. The use of ROADFLEX RF makes the treated substrate more resilient overall and significantly better able to withstand mechanical loads. The use of ROADFLEX RF800 and ROADFLEX RF850 in combination with a binder creates a water-resistant, flexible sub-base.
In addition, the use of ROADFLEX RF makes it possible to use soil materials that were previously unsuitable or unsuitable for road construction. This also makes it possible to reuse existing road construction material in order to save the costs previously incurred for removal and landfill.
